Wines at the Cruvinet
Pesce is pleased to announce our new Cruvinet temperature controlled system which keeps our wines as fresh as the moment they are uncorked, eliminating spoilage and waste. Cruvinet is the original wine preserving and dispensing system. The system uses Nitrogen gas, an odorless and tasteless gas, to displace destructive, oxygenated air in the headspace of opened bottles.
