To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, Pesce has implemented the following
updates and guidelines

  • New HEPA filters for our ventilation system to reduce airborne contaminants 

  • We are now using contact tracing forms and taking touchless temperatures of our customers

  • All staff will be wearing gloves and masks at all times. Gloves will be changed after each table has left and the table has been disinfected. 

  • Tables and chairs are cleaned with an EPA-approved COVID disinfectant after each seating, as well as before and after service. The disinfectant must be left on the table for the appropriate amount of contact time prior to reseating.

  • All tables are a minimum of 6 feet apart. 

  • Door handles, light switches, phones, keyboards, bathrooms, pens and touch screens are disinfected before and after service.

  • The front door will remain open during service hours.

  • Utensils are pre-rolled into disposable napkins and kept in a sanitized area.

  • Tables will not be pre-set with plates, utensils, etc. 

  • Shared condiments (olive oil, salt, pepper) are no longer offered. Single-use condiments are available upon request.
